Yotvata Ba’ir (Yotvata in the City) was founded in 1987, when Kibbutz Yotvata decided to bring their line of fresh tasty food from the farm to Tel Aviv. Yotvata offers a rich top quality dairy based menu from the Yotvata Dairy and other fresh farm products. The chain’s fresh shakes are most associated with Yotvata, along with the polite service.
