Israeli Wine Tasting Festival – 30/7-2/8

The annual wine tasting festival at the Israel Museum is one of the highlights of the summer in Jerusalem. It features wines from leading local wineries, and a ticket includes one wine glass, unlimited tasting, and admission to the Museum galleries until 21:00 on Tuesday. The event takes place outdoors so be sure to bring warm clothing with you.

The International Arts and Crafts Fair – 6-18/8/2012

The International Arts and Crafts Fair will be held at the Hutzot Hayotzer Arts and Crafts Center, Mitchell Gardens and the Merrill Hassenfeld Amphitheater in the Sultan's Pool, opposite the Tower of David at the foot of the Old City Walls. This Fair has been taking place for more than thirty years, and has become a tradition in Jerusalem.
Featuring local and international artists, and music shows – be sure to check the website for updates.

Every night (except Fridays) between 18:00 – 23:00 and Saturday from one hour after Shabat - midnight.

Gabriela – Italian kosher fresh restaurant, offering this summer 2 different menus: NIS 78 for one diner / NIS 118 for 2. Meals include first and main course such as home-made focaccia, fettuccini pomodoro and Caesar salad.

Brasserie Ein Kerem's rooftop, decorated with vines, overlooks the green view of Ein Kerem, while the restaurant offers a seasonal Mediterranean menu and fine wine. This summer it has a special offer: meal for one for NIS 118, which includes first + main course and dessert: liver pate with home-made confiture, a bowl of mussels with burnt tomatoes, crème brulee and others.

Ma'alot is an intimate bistro and tapas bar, led by chefs Israel Bachar and Gad Yaari. This summer it offers a meal for NIS 118, which includes bread and dips, first and main course. On the menu you'll find thick soups, red tuna fish, lamb kebab, side dishes of baked potatoes in garlic and thyme or olive oil based mashed potatoes, and a lot more.
