Boya restaurant combines a love for good food and art and takes part in the Tel – Aviv’s culture scene. These days there is an exhibition called “The last decking” which symbolizes the beginning of a new era in the city and a start of a clean and a better year.
The exhibition will open on the 2nd of October 2006 at 21:00 and will end on the 14th of October.
Besides the art in Boya there is a colorful menu that gives the answer to all desired tastes. Starting from a variety of breakfast dishes with home made breads and rolls, business meals and exquisite evening menu.
The business menu is divided to three price levels so everyone can enjoy from the selection of the tasty dishes that Boya has to offer. Those menus include a starter, main course and a drink.
Business Menu 1 – 69 shekels
Starter
Green Salad – lettuce, green leaves and cherry tomatoes in vinaigrette.
Main Course – to your choice
• Pizza with goat cheeses, with grilled zucchini, peppers and aubargines
• Pizza with baked sweet potato, fried onion and black olives
• Pizza with ham, mozzarella, pecorino and rocket leafs.
• Pizza with pepperoni and calamari, mozzarella, calamity olives and tomato sauce
• Pasta with grilled vegetable, cr?me fraise, tomato sauce, artichoke and manchego cheese
Drinks
Soft drink or a third liter of Gold star/Carlsberg from the barrel
*An option to change to a glass of red or white wine in addition of 7 shekels
Business Menu 2 – 78 shekels
Main course to your choice from the third menu in addition of a drink )without the starters and foccacia)

Starter
• Green salad or one tapas of your choice
• Cauliflower in a soft coat in a sweet and spicy chili sauce
• Oven baked aubargine with yogurt (serves hot)
• Roasted peppers and hamiri cheese
• White tarmasalata in lemon and onion
• Humus Boya with techina and grains
• Shmults herring pickled with carrots and onion
• Spicy peppers in olive oil, rock salt and parsley
• Baby calamari in white wine, cr?me fraise, chili, parsley and garlic (in addition of 9 shekels)
• Oven baked aubargines with Jerusalem artichoke, olive oil and lemon
Main course to your choice
• Filleted fish – grilled with asparagus and tomato salsa
• Filleted salmon – on monguld leafs and spinach with yogurt and wasabi ginger
• Sea fruit linguini in tomatoes, cream and herbs
• Calamari rings seasoned and fried with lemon
• An tricot hamburger (240gr)in a roll with spicy mayonnaise and vegetables and chips
• Chicken breast with herbs, puree and broccoli

The business menu is served Sun-Thu between 12:00-18:00 (not included weekends and holidays)
