Why be a Slave on Passover

After answering the year's most difficult question: 'Should I host this year's seder?' we must then ready ourselves for the main event – preparing the holiday meal. We were 'slaves in Egypt' (that supermarket check-out line is only getting longer) and we wandered for 40 years around the desert (another traffic jam on the Ayalon freeway), don't we deserve a little rest? Israel's top delis and restaurants will free you from slavery, allowing you to bring home a ready-made seder.
